I placed an order for a present for my daughter on December 8, 2022. When given the choice for delivery, I picked December 23, 2022. Unfortunately, she ended up getting it on January 4, 2023. I was aware that deliveries during the holiday season might be delayed. The issue seems to stem from Drinkable Gifts using Purolator, who said they attempted delivery twice. My daughter was at home both times and didn’t receive any calls or notifications. While I’m mainly pointing fingers at the delivery service, I still think Drinkable Gifts should take some accountability once the package leaves their facility. I won’t be ordering from them again.

I placed an order for a present to send to my son in France, but it didn’t show up when it was supposed to due to some shipping issues. However, the company managed to sort it out, and my son got his gift a week after the expected date. I communicated with them through texts every day, and they kept me in the loop, ultimately finishing my order successfully. I’d be glad to team up with them again.

The Covid-19 pandemic has hit all services hard, and while we faced some hiccups with an order not arriving on schedule (thanks to supplier troubles in Malaysia - an area they could definitely work on), DrinkableGifts offered some of the finest customer service I've ever encountered. They resolved the issue promptly with a complete refund.
